Dr. Edward McKeown was born in Mexico, Missouri and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. With over 30 years of experience spanning hospitality, food safety, management, and technology, he founded Doc Bear Enterprises to build AI-powered tools that solve real problems for real communities.
His career has taken him through some of the most demanding environments in the food service and hospitality industries — from Waffle House and Burger King to Hilton Hotels, The Flamingo Hotel and Casino, and Popeye's Chicken. That hands-on experience shapes every product Doc Bear Enterprises builds.
